Every SureKiln product is hand-thrown and one of a kind. Natural variations in glaze color, texture, shape, and size are inherent to the handmade process. Product images on our site are representative — the piece you receive will share the same glaze family and general form but will not be identical to the photo displayed. These variations are not defects; they are the hallmark of handmade ceramics.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
Limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order
Modify or update order information if errors are discovered

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
