Processing Time
Every SureKiln piece is hand-thrown and finished individually. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You will always see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country, typically 10–21 business days after processing.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. SureKiln is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Packaging
We take packaging seriously, especially for ceramics. Every piece is wrapped in multiple layers of protective material — foam, bubble wrap, and double-walled corrugated boxes — to survive the journey intact. If something goes wrong despite our care, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SureKiln is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find the package:
- Check with neighbors, family members, or building management
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If the issue persists, reach out to us at Support@surekiln.com and we'll help however we can
